Just one door from the water and only 12-15 minutes from Melbourne's CBD.
$155 - $225 ( including full cooked breakfast )

When I first saw our beautiful old home in this fabulous location, I decided that 'this was it'. We bought it without my husband Tony even seeing it...

Built originally as a single 4 room cottage (1862) and then extensively extended in 1880 for a ship Captain and his family, the house at #2 Ferguson St. has also been a Nunnery, a Brothel, Accommodation flats and Administration offices - all part of it's rich history!!!
We spent most of 08 renovating and refurbishing and everyone loves what has been done. Most people comment on how much larger it is than it looks from the street and 'what a lovely feel' the home has when they walk through.

This is a large house (7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 3 living rooms!) so there is plenty of room if guests want to relax and rewind.
And because there is so much to see in Williamstown, you will often have the large upstairs guest lounge and deck to yourselves!
Breakfast (full or continental) is served either in the downstairs kitchen off the little north-facing courtyard, upstairs in the guest lounge or on the large rear balcony. If you want a very early breakfast, then I can just leave everything out ready for you to help yourself.
The beds are all new, (very, very comfortable) and we have beautiful linen, fresh flowers, tea and coffee when you want (with home-made munchies) digital TV's etc. - all things to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
At this point we are keeping our prices lower than they should be because we want lots of people to experience it and to tell their friends!
